How ACCS Emergency Medicine selection works
ACCS Emergency Medicine (ST1) ranks you on a combined score: your MSRA (40%) and a two-station interview (60%) are scaled and added to set your final rank. The MSRA also ranks applicants for interview when eligible numbers exceed the interview capacity; there is no published cut-off, and no separately-scored portfolio — your portfolio is discussed at one of the interview stations.
Provisional — 2026/27 dates are based on last cycle's pattern. NHS England publishes confirmed dates around October 2026.
