How Community Sexual & Reproductive Health selection works
Community Sexual & Reproductive Health (CSRH, ST1) is selected in two steps. First the MSRA ranks you to decide who is invited to interview — limited by interview capacity and the small number of posts. Then a single 30-minute online panel interview, scored across four domains. Your final rank combines your MSRA and interview scores — there is no scored portfolio, and NHS England does not publish how the MSRA and interview are weighted.
Provisional — 2026/27 dates are based on last cycle's pattern. NHS England publishes confirmed dates around October 2026.
