How Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery selection works
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (ST1) does not use the MSRA, and for 2027 there is no pre-interview ranking — every eligible applicant is interviewed. Two things are scored: a self-assessed portfolio (completed in your application, verified against uploaded evidence) and a 4-station interview. Your final rank combines the two — NHS England (South West) does not publish how they are weighted.
